Miscanthus sinensis “Little Zebra”

A grassy shrub that takes its name from the creamy yellow stripes that decorate its long green leaves. ‘Little Zebra’ flowers reliably every year in late summer, even when the weather is unusually cool. it produces lovely reddish purple plumes which will then change to a creamy tan color in winter.

Prefers moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Easily tolerates partial shade
